About PAYEMI

PAYEMI provides Mobile Device Management (MDM) services designed for mobile phone retailers. Our platform allows retailers to manage and remotely control mobile devices sold on installment plans, ensuring compliance with payment terms until the loan is fully repaid.

Eligibility

You must be a registered mobile phone retailer or authorized agent to use the PAYEMI dashboard and MDM services. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Limitation of Liability

PAYEMI shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including issues related to device control or customer disputes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Murshidabad, West Bengal.
