About PAYEMI

PAYEMI provides Mobile Device Management (MDM) services designed for mobile phone retailers. Our platform allows retailers to manage and remotely control mobile devices sold on installment plans, ensuring compliance with payment terms until the loan is fully repaid.

Eligibility

You must be a registered mobile phone retailer or authorized agent to use the PAYEMI dashboard and MDM services. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Service Use

• You may only use the MDM app on devices sold under a valid installment or loan agreement.
• You must notify customers of MDM activation and secure their consent as required by law.
• Unauthorized or abusive use of the MDM system may result in suspension or legal action.

Retailer Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of devices enrolled and associated loan terms.
• Ensure that customers understand the nature of the device control and repayment conditions.
• Comply with all local laws and regulations regarding data usage, customer consent, and device control.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or tamper with any part of the PAYEMI system.
• Use the MDM for personal tracking, harassment, or outside of authorized sales.
• Violate any applicable laws, including privacy and data protection regulations.

Data Collection

By using PAYEMI, you acknowledge that we collect and store data necessary to operate the service, including device information, control actions, and dashboard activity. All data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if there is any breach of these Terms or if misuse is detected.

Limitation of Liability

PAYEMI shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including issues related to device control or customer disputes.

Refund Policy

Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service indicates your agreement to the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Murshidabad, West Bengal.
